| Returns and cancellation (返品・キャンセル) | Because of the nature of the service, no refund or cancellation is possible once the verdict has been delivered. Before a responder has claimed the request, you may cancel by emailing the address above; the fee returns to your wallet as credits (not to your card). Unused credits are not refunded to your card except if the service is discontinued. |
