Privacy policy

Shimbo Jun (the “operator”) handles information collected through the “uradori” service as follows.

1. What we collect

• Requesters: email address, the submitted AI conversation (the “transcript”), your optional note, an optional share link (reference only), your credit balance and transaction history, and payment information (processed by a payment service provider; card numbers are never stored by the operator).
• Responders: email address, display name, responder type (practitioner / licensed), records of credential and background checks, domains, and internal notes.
• Technical: logs needed to run the service (request identifiers and status changes). Transcripts, notes, email addresses and access keys are never logged.

A transcript may contain personal data such as names or addresses and, for health requests, sensitive data such as symptoms or medical history. By submitting such information yourself, you consent to the operator handling it under this policy. Please remove personal details that are not needed for the check before you submit.

2. Purposes

• Classifying requests, notifying responders, delivering verdicts, progress notifications and receipts
• Managing credits (top-ups, deductions, returns, expiry notices)
• Calculating and paying responder payouts
• Preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations
• Measuring usage to improve the service (section 8)

3. Fetching share links; requests from AI assistants

• Only when you enter an AI service’s share link and ask us to fetch it, the operator’s server fetches that share page at your request and returns the conversation to your screen as text. The fetch itself stores nothing; we record only the kind of service and the outcome (success or failure). The reviewed and edited text, together with the share link (as a reference), is stored as the transcript only when you submit the request.
• When you use uradori through an AI assistant’s extension (a plugin or connector), the assistant sends your question and its answer to the operator at the moment you invoke the extension. The operator never has direct access to your chat history.

4. Automatic classification

The transcript and note are sent to AI providers engaged by the operator to determine the domain and urgency, write a summary and extract the claims to check. The operator uses settings or agreements under which these providers do not use the content to train their models.

5. Sharing and processors

• Responders can read the transcript, note and classification of requests they have claimed. Responders never see the requester’s email address.
• Requesters see only the responder’s display name and credential label.
• Processors: hosting and database, payments, email delivery and AI classification are entrusted to specialised providers. Most of them are located in the United States, and data is processed and stored in data centres in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. The United States has no comprehensive data-protection law equivalent to Japan’s; the operator secures protection equivalent to this policy through its agreements and settings with each provider. The names of the providers are disclosed on request.
• No other sharing except where required by law.

6. Retention

• Transcripts and classifications are kept as part of the request record until the requester asks for their deletion (section 9). They are not deleted automatically.
• Verdicts (OK / NG / Undetermined, checked claims, comment) and the credit transaction history are kept as records.
• Email addresses and account data are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Transaction records required by law are kept after deletion.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted. Access keys and sign-in credentials are stored in a form that cannot be reversed. Transcripts are treated as potentially containing personal data; responders can read a transcript only after claiming the request and see a reminder to that effect.

8. Analytics and display comparison tests

To improve the service we measure a minimal amount of usage on the operator’s own servers. No third-party analytics service or tag is used, and measurement data is never sent to third parties.

• Identifiers: a visitor identifier stored in your browser (for up to 365 days) and an identifier that lasts until you close the tab. They are not linked to your name, email address or IP address and are handled in a way that does not identify you.
• What is recorded: the pages you view, the display language, actions on the page (filling in and sending the request form, choosing a price, starting a top-up, viewing the status or a verdict, answering the survey, requesting a sign-in link), the referring site and campaign identifiers, which display variant you were shown, and the request identifier. Transcripts, notes, email addresses, access keys and IP addresses are never recorded.
• Display comparison tests: to compare wording and layout, a variant is assigned from the visitor identifier.
• Opting out: when your browser sends a do-not-track signal, the visitor identifier is not stored and expires when you close the tab.
• Retention: measurement data is deleted after 180 days.

9. Access, correction and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or deletion of your account, contact jingzow@gmail.com. We respond without undue delay after verifying your identity.

10. Changes

This policy may change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
